6 Days Masai Mara, Nakuru, Amboseli, Tsavo East

Day 1: Nairobi to masai mara game reserve ( 265 kms: 4-5 hrs)
0730hrs: Depart Nairobi in the early morning through the city suburbs to the Masai Mara game reserve. Kenya urban and rural settings contrast dramatically as you drive via subsistence farm lands to the Great Rift Valley escarpment.
The drive to the Masai Mara Game Reserve shall be at the floors of the Great Rift Valley and through Masai country. You arrive at Oloshaiki Camp or tented camp in time for lunch. In the afternoon, explore the Masai Mara on a game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or tented camp.

Day 2: Masai Mara game reserve.
Day shall be spent at the Masai Mara game reserve on game viewing drives.
Game viewing drives is dictated by the location and concentration of wildlife.
The Masai Mara hosts the highest concentration of wild animals per km than any other park in the east African region.
Simply stated the Mara is a one stop shop for game viewing activities in Kenya. Meals and overnight shall be at your lodge / tented camp.

Day 3: Masai Mara to lake Nakuru: 275 km: 5 Hrs.
A pre- breakfast, game viewing drive at the Masai Mara is scheduled for the early morning.
After breakfast, check out of your accommodation units and depart the Mara with game viewing en-route.
We head to the Lake Nakuru National Park with stops on scenic points along the Masai Mara Lake Nakuru route.
Lunch at Lake Nakuru safari lodge or tented camp.
Afternoon bird and game viewing drives.
Dinner and overnight at your Lake Nakuru safari lodge / tented camp.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Amboseli: 410 km. 6 Hrs
Bird and game viewing at the lake Nakuru in the early morning. Depart Lake Nakuru for Amboseli National Park. A long and easy drive to the Amboseli with stop en route.
There shall be stops to view the great rift valley scenery along the Nakuru Nairobi highway.
Proceed to the Amboseli national park. Short game viewing drive with possible views of the Mount Kilimanjaro peaks. You arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. The afternoon holds yet more game drive in the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena or a tented camp.

Day 5: Amboseli to Tsavo East
Weather permitting, awesome views of the Mount Kilimanjaro snow capped peaks. Drive to Tsavo East National Park. Make game drive enroute to your lodge. After lunch make more gamedrives. Dinner and overnight at Voi Safari Lodge or tented Camp

Day 6 Tsavo East – Mombasa
Have breakfast and check out of the lodge. Make game drive while exiting the park. Drive 150 kilometers to Mombasa. Have lunch at a hotel in Voi . Later drop off at your coastal hotel

Wildebeest Migration

One of the main attractions during this period is the Great Migration in the Maasai Mara, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and other animals migrate from the Serengeti in Tanzania to the Maasai Mara in Kenya.
